Earnhardt Wholesale Parts invites you to the Pick Your Prize Holiday Edition! Any Earnhardt wholesale parts invoice dated September 1 - October 31, 2026 is eligible. Submit eligible invoices by November 2 at 5:00 PM AZ time. Each invoice can earn multiple entries based on matching digits, and you can return with each new purchase because the form remembers your details.

How Entries Are Counted
Each invoice earns at least one entry. If your invoice number has repeating digits, you receive extra entries according to the number of matches per digit. For example, a pair of the same digit counts as two entries, three of a kind counts as three entries, and so on up to seven of a kind. When multiple digits repeat, the values add together. See the table below and examples for guidance.

Examples: Invoice 744474 contains two 7s and four 4s. It earns 2 + 4 = 6 entries (two for the pair of 7s plus four for the four 4s). Invoice 919023 has two 9s and therefore earns 2 entries.
Eligible Purchase Dates: Only wholesale parts invoices dated from September 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026 qualify for the promotion. Eligible invoices must be submitted by 5:00 PM (AZ time) on November 2, 2026.
Drawing & Notification: Selected winners will be emailed on the morning of November 5, 2026. Calls and live prize selections begin at 1:00 PM (AZ time) in draw order and continue through 3:00 PM. An alternate contact name and phone number may be provided by replying to the winner email no later than 12:30 PM.
Alternate Method of Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To request a free invoice number, visit Earnhardt Queen Creek CDJR, 35747 N Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85144, and pick up an official entry form. Mail your legibly completed form and a self-addressed stamped envelope with sufficient postage and a legible return address to 2026 Earnhardt Pick Your Prize, P.O. Box 13130, Mesa, AZ 85206. Requests must be handwritten and postmarked no later than October 31, 2026. Each request must be mailed in a separate envelope. Requests that fail to comply with these requirements will NOT be honored, acknowledged or returned.
If We Cannot Reach You: If we are unable to reach you or your submitted alternate contact when your turn arrives, a remaining prize will be assigned and the drawing will proceed to the next eligible winner.
Publication of Winners: Winner names (first name + last initial) and business name may be published on this website.
Prize Substitution: Prizes may be fulfilled as equivalent-value gift cards or alternate items at the sponsor’s discretion.
Other Terms: Earnhardt wholesale parts invoices only. Invoices from other dealers are not eligible. One entry per invoice; duplicate entries are void. Employees of Earnhardt Auto Centers and their immediate families are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to these rules. By submitting an entry, the entrant confirms they have verified with their company's management their ability to participate in this promotion.
